- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded

- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll inform you of the refund status
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged
- Requests submitted after the 14-day return period
